At Holiyeay, we respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our data collection and protection practices during this MVP release.

1. No Financial Data Collection

Holiyeay does not collect, process, or store credit card numbers, debit card PINs, CVV codes, or bank account credentials. All booking checkout flows are simulated.

2. Information Stored for Demo Bookings

When you complete a simulated booking, the names and email addresses you enter are stored locally in your browser's localStorage and in a local mock data store solely to enable booking retrieval via the Manage Booking page.

3. Anonymized Analytics Telemetry

To evaluate platform usability, we log basic interaction events (such as search performed, filters selected, and booking confirmed). Personal Identifiable Information (PII) such as passenger names and email addresses is strictly excluded from all telemetry streams.

4. Your Data Rights

You can clear all stored demo bookings at any time simply by clearing your browser cookies and site storage.
